He has held senior leadership roles at leading global institutions, including Managing Director and Head of Malaysia at a Hong Kong–based fund management company, Executive Director at a Swiss private bank, and Cluster Head at Bank of Singapore.

Leonard is recognised for his innovative approach to wealth management, with expertise spanning bespoke investment strategies, wealth planning, and cross-border structuring. He holds a Master of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Sydney.
